Meet Indiana Lang, Founder of Emptor Audio

With more than 15 years of experience in the low-voltage and home technology industry, Indiana Lang brings a combination of professional installation experience and hands-on product expertise to every Emptor Audio project.

Over his career, Indiana has worked with everything from home theater and distributed audio to networking, surveillance, smart home systems, and everyday consumer technology. He has earned more than 25 industry certifications and has received training from leading brands and organizations including CEDIA, Lutron, Crestron, Savant, URC, and Control4.

What makes Indiana's background particularly unique is that his experience extends well beyond installation. He has spent more than a decade professionally reviewing consumer technology, giving him the opportunity to test hundreds of products while also seeing how technology performs in real homes for real clients.

Today, Indiana serves as Editor-in-Chief of HomeTechnologyReview.com and is the founder of Ultimate Technology Reviews, where he covers home technology, audio, video, smart home products, consumer electronics, and emerging technology.
